    In order to understand your current health issues and goals and to work through a new eating plan, we will need to work together over a period of time.  A ‘one-off’ appointment is unlikely to help you. The length of your programme will depend on your current status and what you want to achieve but will range from 8 weeks to 36 weeks.  A Health programme will typically involve the following elements:-
  • Initial Personal consultation including In-depth health and lifestyle assessment
  • Personalised nutrition advice and supplement plan
  • Relevant assessments as applicable
  • Recommendations on clinical tests and interpretation
  • Follow up consultations – face to face, skype, telephone
  • Progress review calls
  • Email support
  • Personalised menu planning and recipes

    Coaching is as important as the provision of eating plans when it comes to weight loss.  I use the zest4life methodology based on low GL eating combined with motivational coaching and the results are amazing!  The length and format  of your programme will depend on the frequency of support you require and how much weight you wish to lose.  A weight loss programme will typically involve the following elements:-
